Usually our weekends are spent at home, this because of my eldest son must attended a tuition class. Last Friday, I wanted to make something special for our lunch, but there wasn't any inspiration or ideas. In the end, I just took out a yam which I bought at Tesco a few days ago. At last I considered to make Steamed Yam Cake which was my husband's favourite!
